X-men Everlasting-Kurts Schatz

I crouched in Xaviers office, for once ready to take Logan to the top of the Eiffel tower and drop him, just to see if he'd live. With his abilities he most likely would.

I felt as if I had taken the Blackbird without permission, sitting in that chair, again. Logan stood, claws sheathed, but he had been unusually level headed about the whole situation.

Logan..." Xavier said scoldingly

"They did fine Chuck, neither of them woulda got hurt" He grunted angerly

"It vas still irrizponzable!" I snapped back unable to held back my anger any longer "You cannot shust allow zomeone elzez kinder to run vild in a death trap!" I hissed at him whirling around and bounceing up to balance on the rim of the chair glareing at my friend.

"Both of you, calm down!" Xavier said tencly. I had never heard him yell before and honestly didn't want to. I sat back down in the chair, wriggleing around to face Xavier.

"This is whats going to happen, Kurts right in his own way Logan, you had no right to take control of the Danger Room and keep it going, Naomi and Devon are not students here, they do not belong in the Danger room. Thought Kurt, Logan's right in his way to, I believe what he did assisted Naomi to relaize that, no matter what, she has someone to rely on. Rely. Not cling to" Xavier said and at first I felt smug, then my heart sunk.

"Vhat are you zaying?"I asked tail lashing back and forth.

"I'm saying that maybe, just maybe, allowing Naomi to get used to everyone here, slowly, will help her mental status. Devon is antisocial as well, though not as much as Naomi, they could both be enrolled here, if you allowed them to be" Xavier told me calmly, Logan was silent.

I thought for a moment, this was a serious decision. I had lived here, I had fit in, but would they? Naomi wasn't compleatly sane yet and Devon was...Devon. Though if the professor thought it was a good idea...

"Ja alright, but only for ze veek, is anyting goez wrong...zo help me i'll-"

"Teleport in here and kick our asses we get it Elf" Logan growled and I couldn't help but smirk.

"Then its settled, they'll start in the morning, of course there scheduals are going to be altered from the other students. Keeping them together, Devon seems to know very well how to keep Naomi calm and vice versa, it would be unwise to seperate them" Xavier said and together Logan and I nodded. Thats when there was a vicious knocking on Xaviers door.

"Who is it?" The Professor asked a bit startled, which wasn't easy to do. A student, Lily Worrington I believe, Warren's daughter, snapped the door open.

"Um, Devons looking for Mr.Wagner" She explained  as a commotion ensued behind her. I stood and followed her into the hallway. Devon was stalking down the hallway after Lily, Naomi on his tail, she darted forward and hugged me tightly.

I took a carefull step backwards, not dareing to hug her back in case this was some sort of test.

"Papa, gutentag papa" She whispered to me, souonding relieved, as if she hadn't seen me in ages.

"Gutent-" I froze. Guetentag? Papa? "Naomi?" I asked tentivley looking down at her, I felt her hand brush the spot where she had bitten me.

"Im sorry," She whispered, Devon just stood nearbye looking smug.

"I-i-itz alright engel, itz alright" I told her patting her back, still a bit shocked. Her tail was beating against the hallway walls, happily. The bulb at the end was gone, but I didn't care. Did I have my little girl back?

She let me go standing upright.

"Dev?" She asked turning to her brother, a childishness still in her eyes as she bounced over to him tail beating back and forth. I looked into Xaviers office confused.

"Looks like she's getting better already" Xavier said quietly



It had been about an hour since Naomi had shone any signs of recovery. I was worried about her, she had been in Xaviers office for the entire time. I paced back and forth relentlessly.

"Stop it" Devon growled his snarkiness was anchored in his tone.

"Stop Vhat?" I asked irritated

"Paceing its driveing me insane, not like I haven't already been there and back enough"
He growled sarcastically I glowered at him.

"Your not vorried about her?" I asked a bit taken aback.

"Nope, shes alive, and what we've been through that means a hell of a lot" He said stareing at the ceiling

"Like...?" I asked him wondering what they'd been through.

"Like were both fighters, survivors, smart enough to know when to shut our mouths, well at least she is" He smirked studying the ceiling "We can take care of ourselves" As I
opened my mouth to retort he just glared at me.

"Vhat?" I asked confused

"Don't talk back to me" He growled, anger in his eyes. Wandas eyes.

"Your my son I can talk back to you if I feel the need" All of a sudden he was on his feet, eye level with my, teeth barred, tails lashing angerly.

"Ive been told what to do and forced to do things I never wanted to for the past six years, your not going to take there place" He snarled at me before stalking down the hallway. I sighed, I hadn't backed down, but I didn't need to.

Did he not understand? I wasn't them, whatever had happened between him and those people was with those individual people. The door opened and Naomi bounced humming a tune, she glanced around and froze.

"Devon?!" She whimpered

"Here" Devon said waveing from down the hallway, Naomi hugged me quickly before darting over to him.

"Vell?" I asked as the professor wheeled into the doorway to his office. "What happened to them?"

"Kurt, your gonna want to sit down for this" Xavier said sympathy in his eyes.
